Is Mental Health Important?

scholarayu is mental health important

"Hum haar jeet, success-failure mein itna ulajh gaye hai ... ki zindagi jeena bhool gaye hai ... zindagi mein agar kuch sabse zyada important hai ... toh woh hai khud ki zindagi"

This is a famous excerpt from the movie 'CHHICHHORE' which tells us about how important is our life - ZINDAGI. In this movie our Bollywood young legend Sushant Singh Rajput Sir has beautifully described how to live a beautiful event called life. And yesterday, we got heartbreaking news of his death. He was suffering from depression from the past few months and he had so much inside him that he couldn't say and he committed suicide.

It's quite evident from this that happy, successful, charming faces have so much inside their brain. We think our Bollywood stars have the most luxurious life and they don't have any tension, but they are the ones who suffer a lot.

Relating to this, I will talk about Mental Health which is really very important after his death.

We go through emotional, social, physical, and many such phases in our life. Sometimes it gives us happiness and sometimes it is like a headache. You never know how one situation can harm your mind. Sometimes, we don't take that pain out of us which slowly and gradually increases and kills us. We should always share our problems, happiness, etc. with at least one person. This will actually work as a relief therapy.

So let's see how we can improve our mental health:-

1.  TELL SOMETHING POSITIVE TO YOURSELF
How you think about yourself can tell how you feel. When we perceive our life and the situation with negativity, it will happen in the same way because it's our mindset which actually works for us. Always praise yourself when needed and use the self-worth words that give you power like 'if you fail in an interview don't say yourself loser instead say if I didn't make it this time I will try again but that doesn't mean I am a loser.' This will surely change the way you think.

A relatable quote from the movie 'Chhichhore' - "Tumhara result decide nahi karta hai ki tum loser ho ki nahi ... tumhari koshish decide karti hai."

2.  DO SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE ELSE
Helping something will give a positive ray in your life. As you would able to feel that even you can help someone out so this will have a good impact on yourself. The person you will help will be grateful to you due to which you will adapt to be kind to others always. Of course, who doesn't love to be appreciated?

3.  OPEN UP TO SOMEONE
There is always a person in everyone's life with whom they share every moment of their life. You know whenever you will ask for help, they will be there. They are the ones who brings positivity to you even when you are surrounded by negativity. That one person can be anyone, your mother, father, friend, sister anyone. But open up speak to that person. Don't add on those emotions within yourself it will kill everything in your life.

If you don't have anyone to talk with, you can always come to me I promise I will help you out and talk to you in the best possible way.

So this piece of writing is a tribute to 'Sushant Singh Rajput' I learned a lot from his movies, so I wanted to share it with you all so that you can also be a part of it.

Lastly, I would like to quote from his famous movie - "Dusron se haarke loser kehlane se kahin zyada bura hai ... khud se haarke loser kehlana"

You have the power to make your life full of positivity so grab that power and change from today itself. Don't wait for the crisis that you will make your mental health a priority.
