You Are Allowed To Slow Down

Do more. Be more. See more. In the pursuit of living the best life, I welcome challenges. I stopped paying attention and walked mindlessly from one true purpose, habit, and relationship to another.

ATTENTION
Attention is the best gift you can gift to yourself. For self- love you have to pay close attention to yourself. For a living, the best life you have to began ruthlessly curating with only one intention, 'to slow right down'.

Paying unadulterated, close attention to ourselves, then we would be able to notice what gives us energy and what snatches our positivity, and where actually time and people no longer matter.

HONEST
Be honest with yourself. Lets us ask a few questions to ourselves. What is truly important to us? Are you doing the work you love? Are you enjoying your life? Is your life the way you wanted? Or Are you living someone's else life?

These questions may sound confronting and blunt but these are nonetheless important. Recognizing what gives you true enjoyment is something you should find out.

For finding that happiness, your dreams, you just have to come out of your luxurious life. You will get rid of things, you will get bored of, etc. but sooner you will find from where you get happiness and from where you get negativity.

The thing you love doesn't need any rhythm or reason but you just get lost in. Like I want to cook but the efforts, the disappointment of a bad meal, and the cost if it drags me back from the kitchen.

There are two concepts caring more and caring less -this is simply prioritizing the things in your life, working out on only those things which are more important to you and worth caring it, and simply letting go of the other things.

NOT EASY
Minimizing and slowing down is not the same and is not easy. They both are just complimentary. Our desire never ends and we are always in the race and when we will stop our excess desire we will be out of the race.

Start by slowing down things. And then simply getting rid of things that you don't like. From small things move to the things you don't have any purpose in your life. And then the least important or which you don't have a place in your life.

As you remove things you will start minimizing it also and will adapt slow living in some of the situations.

Like if I talk about my current situation - I don't like talking to people who uselessly peeps into my life and gives me those boring advice. I don't like attending events where I rarely know anyone instead I'd prefer staying at home watching a favorite show, reading, sleeping, or simply be.

In the end we should live the life that we love, be in those relationships where we cherish each moment spend together and live without bothering about the world.

Slow down, cut down, minimize yourself which doesn't fill you with the joy, and one day you will find yourself life centered around values and ethics and not things.

Change from today, tomorrow will be too late.
